Algorithmic, LLC (“Algorithmic,” “we,” “our,” “us”) respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have.

WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

• Identity data – name, email address, Discord handle, TradingView username

• Payment data – last 4 card digits, billing ZIP (processed by Stripe)

• Technical data – IP address, device, browser, referring URL, time-zone, cookies

• Usage data – page views, clickstream, lesson progress, indicator activation logs

• Audio / video recordings – coaching sessions via Google Meet (with verbal consent)

• Marketing preferences – newsletter opt-in status

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

(d) Send product updates, newsletters and promotional offers (you may unsubscribe at any time)

LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING (GDPR)

• Contract performance – to deliver the Mentorship you purchased

• Legitimate interests – analytics, fraud prevention, product improvement

• Consent – marketing emails and non-essential cookies

• Legal obligation – record-keeping, law-enforcement requests

COOKIES & SIMILAR TECH

We use first-party and third-party cookies to:

• remember your login

• measure site traffic via Google Analytics

• deliver personalised content and ads via Meta Ads

DO WE SELL OR SHARE YOUR DATA?

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with:

• Payment processors (Stripe)

• Email & CRM providers (GoHighLevel, ConvertKit)

• Analytics platforms (Google Analytics)

• Cloud hosts (AWS, Cloudflare)

All vendors are contractually bound to use data solely to provide services to us.

DATA RETENTION

• Coaching-session recordings – retained indefinitely for quality and dispute defence

• Payment records – 7 years for tax compliance

• Marketing opt-out logs – kept permanently to honor do-not-contact requests

• All other data – deleted or anonymized 3 years after your last interaction

YOUR RIGHTS

EEA/UK residents

– access, correct, erase, restrict, port, or object to processing

California residents

– disclosure, deletion, opt-out of “sharing” for advertising (we do not share in that sense)

SECURITY

We use HTTPS, encryption in transit, and role-based access controls. No method is 100 % secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

CHILDREN

Our Services target adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Material updates will be emailed to active customers and posted here at least 30 days before taking effect.
