ACCESSIBILITY
Accessibility Statement
Our approach to improving accessibility and how to request support if you encounter a barrier.
Algorithmic, LLC is committed to providing a website experience that is reasonably accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. We work to improve accessibility over time and welcome feedback to help us identify and address barriers.
Our Approach
We aim to support accessibility in a practical, ongoing manner. We strive to align with generally recognized accessibility standards and best practices, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, where commercially reasonable.
Scope
This statement applies to the Algorithmic website and the digital content we control and publish on it. The Services may also rely on third-party platforms and embedded tools (including Whop and TradingView). We do not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their accessibility, availability, or behavior.
Accessibility Support and Features
We design and maintain our website with accessibility in mind. Depending on device, browser, and user settings, this may include:
Keyboard navigation support for core interactive elements
Semantic structure intended to support screen readers and assistive technology
Text alternatives for many non-text elements
Color contrast considerations for readability
Responsive layouts for different screen sizes and devices
Consistent navigation patterns to support orientation and usability
Software and Third-Party Platform Limitations
Our Indicators and related tools are delivered through or depend on third-party platforms and components. As a result:
Certain charting, visualization, and interactive elements may be difficult for screen readers or may not be fully accessible
Accessibility can vary based on TradingView features, Whop account flows, browser settings, and other third-party updates
Some embedded media, third-party scripts, or integrations may not fully support all accessibility needs
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some areas may not yet be fully accessible, including:
Complex chart visualizations and highly interactive elements
Third-party embeds, plugins, or media players
Legacy pages, layout components, or older content that may not meet current best practices
We prioritize fixes based on impact and feasibility and may address issues over time rather than immediately.
Feedback, Requests, and Assistance
If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our website, you can contact us for assistance or to report an accessibility issue.

Any preferred way we can help (for example, providing information in an alternative format)
We aim to review accessibility messages within a reasonable timeframe. Response times may vary depending on volume, complexity, and third-party dependencies.
Alternative Access
Where feasible, we may provide information in an alternative format or offer a reasonable workaround, such as providing content via email, when requested.
No Guarantee; No Admission
Algorithmic is continuously improving accessibility, but accessibility is not guaranteed to be error-free or uninterrupted. This Accessibility Statement does not create any contractual rights, does not constitute a warranty, and does not constitute an admission of any non-compliance with any law or standard.
